Health & Coaching Disclaimer
Precision Powerlifting Performance provides information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for coaching by a qualified person.
Powerlifting and strength training carry an inherent risk of injury. By using the Service you accept that risk. You should:
- Consult a physician before starting a strength-training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
- Progress sensibly: start light, learn the movement, add load gradually.
- Not rely on the Service alone for max-effort lifts or competition preparation.
Automated video analysis has known limits. It can miscount reps or misjudge depth, lockout or other technique points, especially when the lifter is partly hidden or the camera angle is unusual. The Service is not a certified judge for any federation.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from reliance on the Service. If you feel pain, dizziness or any unusual symptom, stop training and seek medical attention.
