Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Precision Powerlifting Performance at powerprecision.net (the "Service"), operated by MotionForge LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. What the Service does
The Service analyzes videos of the squat, bench press and deadlift that you upload, using automated computer-vision models, and produces rep counts, bar path, form flags and AI-written coaching feedback. Paid plans also include an adaptive training program. All analysis and coaching is automated; no human coach reviews your videos. Results can be wrong; see the health disclaimer.
4. Acceptable use
You may not (a) upload content that infringes others' rights or contains illegal material, or videos of other people without their permission; (b) interfere with the Service's operation or security; (c) reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows; (d) use the Service to give medical advice or diagnoses to others.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process that content only to provide and improve the Service for you (for example, to run analyses and keep your history). We do not sell your content or share it with third parties for marketing.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe for the billing period you choose at checkout. Each plan includes a monthly number of video analyses; an analysis that fails does not count toward it. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided as required by applicable consumer law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides automated analysis and informational coaching only. See the health disclaimer for details. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Ending your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard (Account, then "Delete my account"). Deleting your account also cancels any paid plan, so you are not charged again.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.
