Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Precision Powerlifting Performance (operated by MotionForge LLC, "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, a hashed version of your password, and your plan and billing status.
- Lift videos: the videos you upload for analysis. They show your body and how it moves, which can count as biometric or health-related data (for example, special category data under GDPR Art. 9). We process them only with the explicit consent you give when you create your account.
- Analysis results: rep counts, bar path, joint angles, form flags, and the coaching feedback written for each analysis.
- Training data: the profile, program and workout logs (including RPE) you enter on the program page.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or the mobile-app waitlist (your name, email and message).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used to run, secure and debug the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your data to (a) provide the Service to you, including analyses, coaching feedback and your training program; (b) check and improve the accuracy of the analysis; (c) answer your messages; and (d) prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your videos for advertising or to train third-party models.
3. Who processes it for us
- Microsoft Azure: hosting, database, video and file storage, and the AI model (Azure OpenAI) that writes coaching feedback. The AI model receives the measurements from your analysis and any question you ask, not your video.
- Stripe: payment processing for paid plans. We never see or store your full card number.
- hosting.com: sends our account emails and delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
4. How long we keep it
- Videos and analysis results: until you delete that analysis or your account. Links to your shareable clip expire after 7 days.
- Training data: until you delete your account.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Messages: in our email inbox for as long as we need them to help you.
- When you delete your account: we sign you out everywhere and delete your videos and analysis files right away. The remaining account records are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
5. Your choices and rights
From your dashboard you can at any time:
- delete any analysis and its video (Recent Video Analysis, then "Delete");
- download a copy of your data (Account, then "Download my data");
- delete your account and its data (Account, then "Delete my account").
You can withdraw your consent to video processing at any time by deleting your videos or your account, or by contacting us; we then stop analyzing your videos. To ask us to correct your data, restrict or object to its processing, or for a copy of your video files, use our contact page. EU and UK residents may complain to their national data protection authority; California residents have the rights described in the CCPA.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Keys and credentials are kept as encrypted secrets in our hosting platform, and access to production systems is limited.
7. Children
The Service is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the version above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app. Privacy questions: use our contact page.
